Report a bug or issue with SuperDapp

SuperDapp is currently in its Beta phase, which means bugs and issues are expected as we continue to refine and improve the platform. Please note that not all features are available yet, and some are still in the development stage. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to report any bugs or issues you encounter to help us make SuperDapp better!

If you find a bug or experience an issue with SuperDapp, there are two simple ways to report it. Below are the steps for each method:


Option 1: Report via Settings in SuperDapp

Use this option if you do not require a response.   Most bugs will take some time to fix and are prioritized based on the most pressing needs.    While some may receive a request for additional information using this option most will not.

  1. Open SuperDapp on your device.

  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.

  3. Select "Report Bugs & Suggestions".

  4. You’ll be directed to a Google Form:

    • Fill out the form with details about the bug or issue you’re experiencing.
    • If possible, upload screenshots to provide more context (e.g., error messages, unexpected behavior, etc.).

Submit the form, and our team will review your report as soon as possible.


Option 2: Report via SuperDapp Discord Channel

If you bug requires a personal reponse from one of our developers, then opening a ticket in SuperDapp Discord is your best option.

  1. Join the official SuperDapp Discord server (if you haven’t already).  https://discord.gg/superdappai

  2. Locate the appropriate channel or section for support (e.g., a bug-reporting or ticket channel).

  3. Open a ticket by clicking on the button called "Create Ticket" in the "Support-ticket" channel:

    • This will create a separate private channel for our developers and you to interact.
    • Provide a clear description of the bug or issue you’re facing.

    • Upload any relevant screenshots to illustrate the problem.

  4. Submit the ticket, and our support team or community moderators will assist you.


Tips for Reporting Bugs

  • Be as specific as possible (e.g., what you were doing when the issue occurred, the device you’re using, etc.).

  • Including screenshots or screen recordings can greatly help us identify and resolve the problem faster.

  • Let us know if the issue is urgent or if it’s something you’ve encountered multiple times.
